Delivery & Construction
Unless specified on the product page, all of our furniture and structures come unassembled and in their transport packaging. Items will be delivery to the front door or nearest kerbside depending on the size of item and courier used.
This wooden nesting box is painted in a smart pastel yellow with a real shingle roof and a lapped weatherboard appearance. Definitely a smart addition to both country and urban gardens.
It makes a lovely gift for both children and adults alike. You can personalise it with words of your choice to make it that bit more special. Located near a kitchen window it provides endless fascination as you watch the birds move into their new home.
Each Personalised Bird Box has a metal hole protector providing predator protection. We suggest you site the nest box on a tree/wall/garden fitting approximately 1.5m above the ground, preferably where it cannot be accessed by cats and predators. Leave the box empty as wild birds bring their own nest material into the box. Nesting is most likely during April/May so take care not to disturb the birds during this time.
These Personalised Bird Boxes come with a hook ready for hanging, and are already weatherproofed for outdoor use.
All personalisation is done in upper and lower case in a charocal, handwriting font
