Delivery & Construction
Unless specified on the product page, all of our furniture and structures come unassembled and in their transport packaging. Items will be delivery to the front door or nearest kerbside depending on the size of item and courier used.

This extra-large chimenea comes with a sturdy metal stand and clay lid, making it an ideal choice for bigger gardens.
Mexican chimeneas are renowned for their superior performance as patio fires. Their structure and design, perfected over centuries in Central America, make them the easiest chimeneas to light and the most efficient burners. The clay body of the chimenea absorbs heat and radiates it, making it a perfect choice for cold evenings.
It is important to follow the instructions and maintenance recommendations to ensure optimal performance. Not all fuels and lighting fuels can be used in Mexican chimeneas, and they will require protection from the weather.
Mexican chimeneas are hand-made and hand-painted, so shapes and colours may vary slightly. The paint finish on this chimenea may discolor when fired or if left outside all the time, but the colour changes do not affect its use. Mexican chimeneas can be repainted if desired.

Curing a clay chimnea
All clay chimeneas need to be cured before full use. This can be done by filling with sand and lighting a small fire on top with kindling and paper; making sure the flames do not touch the sides. Repeating this a few times will ensure the chimenea does not crack
