Please note your final shipping charges cannot be calculated (or shown in your basket) until you have registered and logged in, because only then do we know where your order is going to be sent to. Until then you can view a summary of our rates below.
Delivery & Construction
Unless specified on the product page, all of our furniture and structures come unassembled and in their transport packaging. Items will be delivery to the front door or nearest kerbside depending on the size of item and courier used.

Available in England, Wales. Express orders are typically dispatched on the same day (if ordered before our cut off time of 3pm) on an overnight delivery. Your delivery date will be shown during the checkout.

Saturday Delivery
Our saturday delivery service is only available in England & Wales. We can also only offer weekend delivery for orders delivered by courier. For large orders and those delivered by pallet we offer weekend deliveries by quotation only.

Click & Collect
Orders can be collected for free from our North Leicester Distribution Centre.
If you would like to Click & Collect your order just place you order online and select collection when you are checking out.
Accepting your order
Your order may be sent by a variety of couriers depending on the size and value of the orders. Most parcel couriers nowadays offer a contactless delivery service where they will provide images as a proof of delivery or leave in a safe space meaning you will not have to sign for the delivery.
In the case of larger oversized or pallet sized items your order will be sent by a specialist courier who will require someone to be present at the time of the delivery and a signatur for the goods. Make sure you inspect the goods on arrival and only sign for the order if they are in good condition. Failure to check over the order and report a damage on arrival may void the chances of us being able to report a damage to the courier. If you do have issues reporting a problem at the time of delivery then please make us aware withing 24 hours so we can follow up with the carrier.
